  So tired of coming in many hours after prescriptions are placed only to find out that it'll be another hour. I can go to the other chain 10 min further away and have a prescription filled by the time I get there. Trying to call ahead usually leads to 10+ min hold times if you can get through at all. This is a constant problem that my family has experienced many times here. They need to learn how to staff a store properly.

  The staff are generally friendly, and helpful and the store stocks the toiletries and house goods I use. It's local and a lot less hassle than schlepping to Walmart. I think the pharmacist could be more professional at times but over the years, on balance, I've had pretty good service at that counter.

  Standard drugstore vibe with an unusually big focus on men's health. Polite staff. Clean bathroom. Never too crowded.

  This pharmacy has very poor professionalism and customer service. On two separate occasions they did not have the medication in stock that my doctors ordered for me Neither the techs nor the pharmacist called to notify me or the prescribing doctor. They spend more time behind the counter chatting than paying attention to detail. Not having a serious medication needed to preserve the vision in my eye will now cause a delay in treatment.
