  You know there are some stores where you want to go back because of the excellent customer service. Well this RITE AID at Journal square IS NOT THE STORE YOU WANT TO GO BACK!!! It`s packed with RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS WORKERS. They will complain that you are misplacing things while you are just reading the nutrition facts and trying to make a choice. Also very RUDE TOWARDS YOUR CHILDREN!!! It`s your job to fix stuff at store, and don`t complain that customers are misplacing some things - you are getting money for this!!!

  Really dissatisfied customer care and systems. It took 2 hrs to select photos and systems was not working.

  Service was fast. But their selection should've been better on the item that I went there 2 purchase.

  Its nice shop for everyone.they simple categorised for products wise and it looking good and easy to pickup things.Billing counter is very close to entrance so its little bit tricky to cross the people and move inside sothat have given 4 rating.prices are affordable and had waited more than 20 mints in queue since less staff more crowd on that time. For Food: most of the items available Check up: we can check bp and sugar Medications: we acn get all kind of medication and OTC.

  This is a great convenience store and is open 24/7. Many items are available for reduced price. Use of Plenti card as well as weekly store paper with sale items, helps a lot to get items for cheap. However at times there are not enough sales associate to help the customers resulting in long wait time.
