  Bought an on sale canopy, it had been returned I guess and came short four #2 poles. I called your customer service and asked for the poles as it was a long drive to return it and besides, I wanted it. Today the poles arrived! Perfect condition and the canopy is up and looks great! While initially I was disappointed, the customer service to fix the problem was amazing! It was kind, though, that is making sure of exactly what was needed, and quick. Wow is all I can say. Thank you so much.

  The pharmacist I have had the last 2 times was horrible. He was on his cell phone as we stood there and he looked up at us then continued on his phone. My husband brought in a prescription and the pharmacist first said they didn’t have that drug (it was an extremely common drug) then when we questioned he changed what he said and said the doctor wrote it wrong so we asked if he could call the doctor or have the doctor call in and he said “I can’t do that! You will have to go back to him and have him fix it” So we left and called the doctor and asked if we had to come back in and the doc said “that’s crazy I will call him, he can absolutely do this over the phone!” So he called and spoke to the pharmacist (Apparently it wasn’t a problem at all he just doesn’t want to deal with/ help people)Then all of a sudden like magic they did have that drug! And he can change whatever “mistake” the doc made via phone! I was glad we didn’t have to run all over town in the end but the only reason we didn’t is because we didn’t take his word for it and we called our doctor to figure it out. I would have liked to not have been mislead and misinformed. They treat people like garbage there and the icing on the cake is they take a long time to fill prescriptions too!! I will do everything I can to avoid this place and I would definitely recommend to friends to go literally anywhere else.

  I go here just about every day... The employees are helpful and nice... Great place

  The location at Cesar Chavez and Division is old , crusty and run down inside and out. Rite Aide really needs to invest in some improvements at this location.

  Rite aid has great ice cream the thrifty brand and its good. The service is great and also extremely polite.
