  Why are Rite Aids always the most expensive of all the chains? While this one was clean and well organized, the parking lot was packed (it is the day before Valentine's) and there were only 2 cashiers and a long line of people. Not impressed.

  Not really one to leave a bad review but unfortunately the time has come. Ive been shopping at this rite aid since I've moved to Rutherford. Its convenient, they dont have everything you need but have just enough of what is needed to prevent frequent trips to Stop N Shop or ShopRite. Until as of recently the location served its purpose, until this evening. The new security policy they have to follow guests around is neither subtle or endearing I personally find it highly unsettling in the fact that an establishment is willing to make certain guests uncomfortable. Its not like this hasn't happened to me before but not at a place that I frequent on a daily basis. Word of advice to management is to rethink the loss prevention techniques. It's an unfortunate situation and now I refuse to give my money to a place with a practice like this. Tonight was the last trip to this rite aid!

  All the employees are very helpful and nice. Especially in the pharmacy department.

  Western Union. I try picking up money (arround 500$) at 11:00 they say they dont have any money.I came back at 9:20 lady at the register first tells me "no money" then asks how much I need. I tell her , she tells me to come back the next morning. When i tell her i did try coming at the morning she tells me go complain to the manager.
