  Visiting VA and in need of some snacks and milk for my kids at the hotel Found this pharmacy right at the ground level of the Marriot hotel very convenient!

  This store has a line that snakes halfway threw the store at times. But that aside it tends to have what I need when I need it. Its a large store and has relly good health and beauty aides selection, and it is clean and organised. I have not used the pharmacy, so I can't speak to that. I stop at this rite aid despite the lines because it a good one.

  I called twice Saturday @ 10:30 and the recording said the store was open until midnight. I spent $5 in metro tolls only to get there and learn they close at 10:00 Saturday and Sunday. Now I'm out 5 bucks, 45 minutes of time, and still didn't get my stuff. Fix your recording Rite-aid!

  The pharmacy staff are exceptional. The cashier staff are adequate for what is expected of them. However, the store is poorly managed, owned, and operated. From 430 to 830 on the weekdays, there is ALWAYS a significant line at the front of the store. They simply need to add an additional staff member. This is simple stuff for a giant corporation. Additionally, if you need answers to a question on anything in the store, there is no one who can help you. They need at least one store expert available who can articulate basic answers to questions from customers and who is at least slightly knowledgeable on store products. Disappointing. We have multi-billion dollar corporations, yet the quality of service we receive has either gotten worse or stayed the same. Drug stores, whether they be CVS or Rite-aid, are the worst offenders.
