  The crappiest Rite Aid on the face of the earth. All the staff members are incredibly useless. I question how the workers there even got hired. They all are lazy, operate slow, and evidently hate their job. The pharmacy never picks up their phone and I was in the store calling while observing there was no customer even present at pharmacy section. The staff at this Rite Aid are not solution oriented and don't even appear to know what customer service is. Note to the district manager: I suggest you find a whole new set of staff that are actually competent, dilgent and have a sense of value for their job. This Rite Aid deserves lower than a 1 star rating. The projection for this Rite Aid in the future is a definate...foreclosure. That old and miserable looking pharmacist needs to be replaced by a young, happy, and smart PharmD holder. That old, sadistic, and uselss female technician needs to do the world a favor by opting out of the work force. #Incredibly disgusted.

  This is rite aid is a great store to shop Specially if u have the plenty card, u can get alot of different discount from the items that's on sale , Fine Fare is just a few steps , popeye , a cashier store , a Chinese restaurant , a convenese store , a liquor store , metro PCs store ,Sprint store , and on baychester ave and 233rd st. Its citibank , and the 16 bus stop on the corner , there's a flat fix and 2 gas stations .and a small local library And there is parking and handycap Parking

  A good location with parking and near a bus stop. Staff are helpful.

  They are always changing cashiers. The lines are wayyy too longg. Finally after 15 mins they call for backup. The cashiers are not that nice.Its dirty outside sometimes with the trashcan piling over. They need a total makeover like the one on Baychester avenue. New store, New attitudes!

  Parking is not the easiest to find in this busy shopping center. The store itself is your typical pharmacy.
