  Iam a upstanding/ with standing long time client and friendly neighborhood law abiding citizen that is ready and wants to report forms of deep Expression to relay about the pharmacist and pharmacy located at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave in Brooklyn Riteaid department/Pharmacy My name is Pearl Renee Springs Iam 33 years old of age Iam excited and pleased to write that this is a pharmacy that is exceptional and puts alot of hard work and efficient effort to produce and put out their manufacturing and comply with rules and regulations and most importantly dealing with everyday customer care service negative and also postive dispositions I give this pharmacy 5 🌟 to complement and complaint about how these pharmacist and follow workers are treated disrespectfully while being professional in a place of business and conducting wellness and mediation I have based complaints on the customer service phone lines and the progression turned out better not only based on negative aspects but positive upbringing being a very known client there and in consideration for the other fellow people that enter and exit whenever I walk over there on ways of means to run local errands their some temps that are well tempered and polite but the two main pharmacist are two females such as myself Natalie and Sandra that seem to share relationship of similar decent they always go above and beyond to accommodate and still accomplish their aquiremultitask being that they personally I would say stuck in a stressful at times positions and as far as handing era's consisting of issues and situations beyond their control Now for the record let me just say I have grown over much time to enjoy that surroundings and environment of this Riteaid at 1111 Pennsylvania Ave and I must proclaim to Pray that these reviews for this pharmacy and staff is unappreciated and a mean of abstraction absurdly and held profoundly thanks for hearing my voice as a true customer they all know me their well and provide me enlightening support and respect as I gave them since day one I pray for them because something is special about this pharmacy and I found them out of my way... GOD is here now so I must start telling truthfully proven Justice where needed okays then 📝📂📌

  I was in the store since 9:45 pm and when i when to the register at 10:03 they said they coulnt help me and that i have to put my medications back because they close at 10:00 so they end kicking me out

  Poor customer service, phones are unanswered and no sales associate available on the floor to assist customers. 1 star rating is too much!

  It's 8:05AM gates are down. 4/18/17 on a Tuesday. This place is really bad. Yeah, cvs is expensive but they are well organized and always on time. Blame the district manager for this district.

  Got to the store 25 minutes before closing and the door was locked. Saw an employee and tapped on the door. The employee looked at me and walked away. The employee kept walking back and forth. Highly unprofessional. & why would you shut down the store 25 minutes before the closing time that is pasted on your door? If you don't close at 10, then update your sign. You clearly close at 9:30. Ridiculous. I won't ever be doing business here.
