Gets two stars for terrible open hours, also this is the 5th rite aid to open downtown Pittsburgh. Would be 1star, but they're trying to offer some healthy options here. It will do better after the Walgreens Aquisition is complete. Maybe even some fresh food for downtown residents.

One worker deliberately ignored customers in line even after she was called by the other cashier. She leaned back and drank her beverage instead!

I was looking at makeup and there was a cover up opened so I put it on my skin to see if I liked color. There under cover shopper approached me and told me I had to buy the product I told him it was opened already he then told me that is considered stealing and he would call the police. He made me pay for the item that I did not want or I would go to jail. I was followed another time in store. It was very Uncomfortable experience.

I've witnessed an unfortunate in-store experience at this location between a Rite Aid employee and 3 black shoppers on 04/15/16. As I was browsing the store, I noticed this particular employee following 3 black teenagers around the store. Mind you, these shoppers were doing nothing suspicious and were browsing just as I was that day. This employee just about ran through each aisle behind these shoppers trying to keep "an eye" on them. This was blatant profiling. I've been followed in a store before by an employee and know how horrible of an experience it is. One of these kids could have been my son, brother, or friend. I felt sorry that these 3 shoppers had to go through such disgusting treatment by this employee simply based on how they looked.
