  Dedication of Rinaldi instructors and attention to form can be applied immediately with all sorts of exercise and daily work such as tasks best accomplished with specific muscular focus. Instruction given in sessions can be applied lifelong.

  After six months of Pilates: 1) My posture has greatly improved 2) My back is stronger 3) I have better balance and flexibility 4) I generally feel "tuned-up" after each session! All of the instructors are capable experts and fun to work with.

  Michelle Rinaldi is amazing. She understands the perfect balance of proper alignment and challenging exercise to give you a tough workout while strengthening and straightening your core and lengthening your muscles. She guided me pre and post three pregnancies. Thanks to Michelle my post-baby core stayed strong and the rest of me stayed fit.
