    A bit late to write this review, but I had purchased a V60 here in the past and they were great. Sent a few emails back and forth and agreed on a number, drove up and swapped out the cars. Took a few hours for all the technical paperwork, but a pleasure to work with and a good price. Would do business again.

    Hi everyone! Hi Mr.Riley, Hi Mr.Page, Hi Mr.Gaskins! Now is a time to wright finaly my honest review about your place, about your dealership and specially your service department. The review has to be short and actual and I understand that, but I can not say everything with couple of words! Gentlemen I am dealing with cars for over 47 years! When I was young I was trained as a mechanic by senior experienced mechanics and the most experienced guy has Mercedes S-Classe / 220 SEL /. I learn a lot of stuff from them and theirs experience which is help me later in my own personal experience and I graduated from Technical College where I specialized in trucks, truck engines and tractor trailers. I forget to mention that at this time the only one Volvo that I know was model 144, own by navy officer, that actually was son in law of the Governor! You know what I mean?And the car was painted in yellow! Gorgeous! This car the owner was driving very long time and for a first time I heard a great reviews about quality of materials, legendary steel from Sweden, strong and safe, and antirust protection. I was dreaming to have one day that car and now is the time! When the first one of the new concept and new platform of XC 90 2016 gets out to the dealerships showroom I fall in love. At this time I was driving Audi Q7 2013 and I decide to switch to Volvo. Basically I have only one Big question in my head! Downsizing the engine from V8 to 4 cylinder 2.0L turbo and supercharged boosted engine ?!?! For 6000 lb weight? I don't know and ...I bet on the Volvo engineers! But that is how my major problem came and fixed at the end by you guys! First warning I start to loosing motor oil. I recorded all this things on my smartphone. The oil is not going down on the ground, no leakage, nothing goes black trough exhaust and this engine has not oil stick!? Strange! But I follow all the instructions which came on the screens! How I came to you? Its a long story and I'll try to be short. I am leaving in Astoria, NY / nearby Triborough Bridge, and close to LGA Airport / I bought my car from Volvo Dealer in Summit,NJ but for servicing I decide to do in KARP Volvo Long Island. The Best Service Manager in that place for me during that time was Mr. Gianni Marinni ! Great Guy ! Very Professional, Very experienced well organized and connected! I don't know what happened but this guy disappeared! And not just him! There was also good service consultants and advisors! They are gone to!? And now we talking about servicing of the Volvo! You are the Best Place that I find during the long journey! Starting from Smythe Volvo, KARP Volvo Long Island, Glen Cove Volvo, Kundert Volvo, Ramsey Volvo all in NJ and finally i discover you thru private Volvo mechanic in Larchmont , NY! This guy has a contact with somebody from your service department and he suggest and hardly recommend your place to me! That was the way how I find you! And now to the point. When I came to Service Department in Riley Volvo I saw behind the desks two guys ... one with a grey hair nice looking, and the other one young, I am gonna say pretty and if you smile on that I'm gonna say charismatic and that's for sure! So I decide to speak with him and I was right! I am still betting on people! What can I do? Old fashion guy! People First, then Technology! And he was really understanding my problem and after two and a half weeks my problem was solved! I said that to him from the beginning - " You got me to Riley VOLVO as a customer and will always recommend hardly to everyone interested of new Volvo, to make there choice in your place. Volvo has a future with new vision, technology and concepts.I know it's a team job and team is very well selected but I also think that every car dealer needs people like John Gaskins, young, with great personality, knowledgeable and with excellent service communication skills! My rate to him and you Riley VOLVO guys can be only one....EXCEPTIONAL !!!! Thanks! Nedko Nedelchev

    Always the best. I have been leasing from the Riley family for about 10 years now and they always know how to make everything perfect. It was a quick decision at first but the best decision and the cars were always better than advertised. The entire dealership is the benchmark that VOLVO should be modeled after. Thank you everyone.

    My wife, kids and I were stranded a half hour before this placed closed .5 mile down the rd , IN A SNOW STORM, with a flat tire on our brand new XC90. The service manager told me all the techs were getting ready to leave and they could do nothing for us on a Friday at 4:30. They offered no loner, not even a rental. They told us to call Toyota cars which had a rental center at the dealership. We were 4 hours from our home, and on a road trip. Seriously?! Could this service department be any less helpful? If I could give them zero stars I would. They don't even deserve one star. Can we also talk about how these $80,0000 vehicles come with a donut tire? No run flats, not even a full size. Circumstantial? No. Manhattan Volvo took us in made the swap for a new tire and got us back on the road in a matter of 45 minutes.
