::Horrible customer service. Made an online purchase Monday afternoon during business hours. Payment was approved. 24 hours later get an email saying order was cancelled because sneakers were sold out. Why do you have them in stock on your website then?! As a business owner you should check to fulfill your online orders same day. Not inform the customer 24 hrs later that it's sold out after you've collected payment. Bad business.

::Brought in a size 11 Yeezy wave runner 700 which was purchased online directly from Adidas which I also had email confirmation of my purchase and the employee in the front took no more than a minute to tell me they were FAKE then which I asked for second opinion and the second employee after taking 15 minutes to take a look couldn't give me a straight answer which was to be expected knowing a co worker wouldn't want to go against another. I've always heard and spoke nothing but great things about this place but after this FINAL experience I wouldn't step foot back in that establishment. I'm not saying don't come here because this is based off of one employee not the entire store just making future customers aware of it. Disappointment!

::Rif la is a place that I have gotten a couple of good pairs of shoes from, but lately they haven’t been as solid. Ordered one pair that was new condition that came without all the og materials and was also not in new condition and also ordered another pair that was worn(excellent) but were in pretty mediocre shape. These transactions definitely made me not want to deal with them anymore because I can’t trust them with their descriptions of the shoes.

::Don't like this store. Customer service was really bad. There are better shoes stores than Rif in LA with better customer service.

::Very friendly and helpful staff . Great prices. Always has what I’m looking for. Best shoe store in this Los Angeles neighborhood. Always busy so expect to wait.
