  I've been coming here for five years and they provide excellent service especially Joe the personalized service rep and I love the courtesy pickup service especially Ron who makes it such a pleasant drive.

  My wife and I were treated very respectfully. The sales personnel were straightforward with all cost information; there were no sales games played. Bud Stelley, Phillip Moon, Ron Young, and Alex were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. Their sales technique was exemplary. The Richenbaugh dealership appears to have a modern approach to sales that I have not experienced at other dealerships. They seem to understand the customer is more informed today via the Internet and are straight forward with their deal. I certainly appreciate that type of sales approach and hope you would instill this in your other dealerships, it makes for a very good experience from the customer's viewpoint.

  I was going to Rickenbaugh Volvo since moving to Colorado and always had excellent service, fair treatment and overall great experience. Mark Gorsline was an excellent Service Advisor at all times. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I will continue coming to this place and would recommend this dealership for your Volvo needs.

  Rick Garcia was a pleasure to work with. He was VERY knowledgeable about Volvo’s and specifically the XC90 we purchased. He took the time to show us every single thing we needed to know about the car. He made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. After working with two other Volvo dealerships prior to Rickenbaugh, we were impressed by how nice everyone was how easy it was to work with Rick.
