  Eric and Mary Jo were absolutely fantastic to work with. Everyone at the store was very welcoming and inviting upon our appointment arrivals. Extremely knowledgeable across a great selection of rings. They listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect match in a ring.   My husband and I purchased a canary diamond through Richter and Phillips. They were willing to order the stones in for us to look at without putting money down unlike Genesis Diamonds. The work they did replacing the diamond in my ring and re-tipping the prongs with yellow gold (as opposed to white) was excellent. I am very happy with both the work and the service! We will definitely be back.

  Went to Richter & Phillips at the recommendation of a few friends. Had no prior experience with buying jewelry but my fiancée sat down with Eric and he had a great design in mind before I went in. I priced some diamonds out at online retailers so I’d have a good idea of what I was looking for and so I’d hopefully have some room to negotiate. Eric spent hours picking out multiple diamonds for me to pick from, including a larger carat and higher quality diamond than I expected under the price of what I had found elsewhere. On top of that, Rick and Eric set me up on an incredibly helpful payment plan. Can’t thank them enough. Would recommend Richter & Phillips to anyone looking for a high quality diamond and an incredibly easy buying experience! Their passion for their work is readily noticed. Thanks again!

  I recently purchased a gold dog tag that has a laser engraved picture of my brother and our mom together. I got this for my brother as a birthday gift. Our mother unfortunately passed July of last year so this was my brother’s first birthday experience without her. I presented Rick with two photos, either would’ve been great, but I really wanted the picture of him and my mom together. Thankfully they were able to do it and it turned out perfect! I want to thank Rick and Richter & Phillips for making this extremely special gift come to life. My brother had a huge smile on his face and tears in his eyes as did I. Awesome company and extremely friendly employees.
