Merissa responded immediately to any questions and ensured I was updated on when the tiles that I ordered would be available.   I found tile that I love for my accent wall in my shower and my floor for my new bathroom. Love both. Can't wait. Worked with Merissa. She answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied. Would recommend.

  Over the winter we remodeled our basement and worked with Richmond Tile; they were amazing! They have a beautiful selection of tiles for all areas in the home. We worked with Merissa and she was extremely helpful from beginning to end. We encountered some issues with other vendors however Merissa was quick to help us and helped us avoid further delays with the remodel. Their customer service is great! Highly recommend using Richmond Tile for any future projects.

  After shopping at multiple places for new tiles, flooring, shower, and vanities all over Central New Jersey. Only to be disappointed. I found myself heading back to my home roots in Staten Island at Richmond Tile & Bath. Not only has Richmond Tile & Bath , which has stood the test of time, been there since I was a child but they offered an enormous selection. We were very lucky to be helped by designer Merissa X. Who was extremely skillful in her choices of color combinations. She also was so very helpful in helping to choose the matching vanity, shower, faucets, as well as granite. Merissa was very knowledgeable of the design process, and what elements needed to be looked at , even ones we had forgotten about! Merissa helped us every step of the way, she was easy to reach/ contact, and Richmond Tile has a wonderful showroom and selection. We are very happy we went back to good ole Staten Island!

  Our once mediocre basement has turned into a stylish cozy chill spot thanks to Merissa, our design consultant, at Richmond Tile and Bath. She got exactly what we were hoping to achieve with the look and feel of the basement and showed us options that fit specifically to what we asked for. It was great bouncing ideas off with her too. She made the experience fun and easy. I want to spend all my time in the basement now, something I never thought I would say. We will definitely be going to see her again here as they had beautiful options for different styles and themes. We highly recommend this place.
