  Awesome staff and experience. Very professional. My homevideos turned out great. Reasonably priced. Videos are ready on time if not earlier

  We were told our DVD transfer would take "about a week." After a month (and multiple emails, calls, and lies from Rewind Memories) it was still not done. We emailed about 2 weeks in, and got no response. My wife then stopped in, and was told "It will be just a few more days." She called a week later and requested a refund, and was told "We're just finishing it, it's actually ready for pick-up today." We went in several days after that to pick it up, and were told "It's still not quite ready" at which point we gave up and requested our DVDs back. We understand there can be difficulties in getting the project done, but were quite bothered by the evasiveness and lies instead of just being up-front about the status of the job.
