  I was visiting from out of town, and decided to give RYDE a try. I totally LOVED the class that i took. I had Alyssa Mangino as my instructor that day, and couldn’t be happier! Let me tell you! She was fabulous! She was so motivational and you can immediately see that she gives her all to her class and makes sure everyone gets the best workout. I would highly recommend Alyssa and the RYDE studio!

  I love Ryde! Whether you're a hard core fitness junkie, a newbie to exercise, or somewhere in between (like me), Ryde is the place for you. The staff and instructors are really friendly and welcoming, and it is a completely non-intimidating environment. Definitely take a class with Alyssa, Emilee, and/or Justin, and you will not regret it! You will get a really good workout, and you will enjoy it!

  I LOVE working out at Ryde! Emilee and Justin are my favorite instructors! They bring the energy every class and are so positive and motivational. All the classes are full body workouts so you get an amazing workout all while listening to awesome music!

  Ryde is such a fun and motivating spinning class. The music makes the class fly by while still getting an amazing workout!

  I loved the welcoming, non-judgemental atmosphere at Ryde (formerly Revolve). Fun, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable instructors, great vibes and awesome music!
