::Revolution Training is by far the best gym and gym family I have ever been a part of. Revolution Training and trainer, Ahmad, were recommended to me by a close friend and I am SO glad she did! I grew up playing sports, competed in Division 1 athletics and have been gym hopping from CA to CT. I love going to the gym and have definitely enjoyed some of my other gym experiences, but Ahmad and the rest of the Revolution Training staff have given me more than good workouts and a place to workout... they welcomed into the Revolution Training family. Ahmad and Revolution Training push me to my limits, but also make sure I am structurally sound / doing all the exercises correctly. This is extremely important to me, especially since I have had multiple knee surgeries. Ahmad has tailored all my pre- and post-surgery workouts to make sure I am staying fit and healthy without hurting my knee. Revolution Training has also helped with my nutrition goals. Not only do I love Revolution Training, but they have gotten my fiancee to enjoy working out as well! It goes without saying this is a gym you should join and will love being a part of. Happy training!

::This is one of the best decisions I ever made in my life! I've always wanted to do the basics of boxing and I found my place! The coaches here are amazing (especially VIC). They are approachable and easy to talk to. The new remodeled gym makes it more fun to go to! The workouts I get here is just what I've been looking for! Keep up the good job Revolution!

::When I first started Revolution Fitness I weighed 315 pounds in a matter of 4 months of CONSISTENCY I am now down to 242 pounds. They have great trainers that will help strive you to do better and awesome routines that I guarantee you will help shed weight. The schedule is very flexible and works to my liking easily. I have been here for 3 years and standing. I am now 210 pounds. Highly Recommended you wont be sorry!!!!!

::The Best GYM I've ever been to hands down. Great instruction and coaches to help accomplish fitness/boxing goals. After competing in college, I was looking for a gym that was able to help both my boxing and fitness goals. I found it in RF! You won't be disappointed! It has a great family atmosphere.
