  The Staff is Great! But I had a bad experience... I visited Revolution for the first time after moving to the neighborhood in January and left them with my nice sweaters and some custom suede down pillows that I had made after a trip to Thailand a few years ago. Unfortunately, one of my favorite sweaters was lost while they were cleaning my things and the owner reached out to rectify the situation. She gave me a credit on my account and I was so grateful for her honesty and addressing the problem promptly. I was more than appeased with that. But, when I picked up my remaining laundry, my pillows were not in very good condition anymore. They are actually ruined from the texture of the material looking almost burned in places, to the floppiness of the pillow itself. They've been dry cleaned before with no issues like this, and it breaks my heart that they're no longer usable. They definitely tried their best to make up for an unfortunate situation with the sweater but now two priceless items cannot be fixed or found. I am very appreciative of the staff and Storm is super nice, but I wouldn't recommend bringing anything irreplaceable here.

  Alicia turned what could have been a huge hassle into one of the best customer service experiences I've had: I like this cleaner enough to cross town for it and I needed to have my wedding dress cleaned. It's a non traditional, short, teal number. I knew it would be expensive, but I wanted it done right. There was some Hold up with its care and it was delayed. When Alicia called, I was stressed about a bunch of planning items. When she told me about the hold-up, I was angry and knew this would change the way my week needed to run. She immediately called a manager to see what was possible. She was calm and professional with me, even if I may not have afforded her the same! When she called back, she let me know they couldn't change the timeline, but that the fee would be waved. I want to thank Alicia and her manager for helping a bride under pressure. Also, the extra day was worth it; my dress and it's bustle are beautiful and the work shows!

  Great customer service and reasonable prices. Free home pick-up and deliver is awesome. Would definitely recommend Revolution to anybody with a busy lifestyle

  I am glad I came here, despite the two poor reviews I bringing their rating down, and am very happy I did. These guys did a great job. I have never had an easier, more courteous, or more thorough dry cleaning. I brought three shirts and three ties. I left specific instructions for my white shirt collar, and it looks like brand new. I accidentally left my tie clip on one of my ties and I found it attached to my shirts in a little bag. They saved the plastic hangers I brought my shirts on and had them neatly bound together. They even sewed up a tear in one of my shirts, for which I hadn't asked but do appreciate, and sewed the keeper loop on one of my oldest ties back on. They have a new loyal customer.

  I called and they charge $59 to hem an inch off the bottom of a pair of jeans. I told her the store next door charges $12 and she wasn't concerned, that's their price and it takes a week. Yikes, they'll not be getting any of my business.
