  Lots of space and lots of different machines. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. I remember one time when it was raining a staff member went to every patron to let them know it's raining outside in case anyone's car had the windows down. Outstanding customer service!

  Retro has a good price if you’re in for a long term commitment. I am not thrilled with their facility. In 2017 they upgraded their treadmills on the main floor and they’re horrible. They no longer have tv available, they are extremely unresponsive and are far from user friendly. Their movie room has the old treadmills I prefer but half of them the track skips while working out. When I was in early Jan 2018 they had a roof leak that was unaddressed dripping on the floor. I rate Retro in Ramsey 2.5 stars (round up to 3). Fyi entering and exiting this location from route 17 is extremely dangerous, take it slow and be safe. I also want to mention the staff is very friendly and attentive.

  Been coming to this gym for over a year now and have no complaints about it. Authentic family environment, not like other gyms that just try to sell you as soon as you set foot in the building. Everyone's very friendly and the staff really knows their stuff. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable gym

  I have been a member since 2012 and I have to say this is the only gym I will ever be using. The facility is always clean and the staff are always so welcoming. The atmosphere in this gym is just all around positive from the class instructors who motivate you to push yourself all the way to the friendliness of other members here. I would highly recommend this gym.

  Been a member almost a year . Always clean staff is always attentive to members. Price is great equipment always in great shape .They even let me freeze my membership when I’m away. Juice bar is great.
