  Friendly staff and very professional management. They are constantly adding new equipment and updating the facility.

  Gym is solid, plenty of equipment and dumbbells go high enough. People complaining about “lunks” are pretty stupid. It’s a gym... people who work out typically go to a gym. If you want a gym of limiting progress buy a treadmill and stay home. Only problem is the weekend hours are atrocious, seriously 6pm?
