  Decent gym facilities, kept clean throughout the day. Staff is friendly and get to know you over time. Gets full around 6-9pm.

  Met with trainer Jennifer whom I am very confident will help me meet my fitness goals thankful for the opportunity for a trainer who is intelligent and enthusiastic

  This place sucks. Don't ever join. They will screw you on the fine print. I thought I was month to month (as per the flyer I got in the mail) then was told I had to pay a fee to cancel my membership. Then was handed a card to some outside company to call to do so. Was hit with a charge midway for "upkeep" or some bs for new equipment. Can you imagine, you pay your fees and they still want more? Yes yes it's all in the agreement when you join, but i guess they are hoping you don't read it. Like I did not. You're warned...

  This is nice small gym.. my Retro is great- I am member and go there weekly. they offer boot camp classes and have personal trainers. very friendly environment.
