Extremely poorly staffed. As another reviewer mentioned, it often feels like no one works here. Very difficult to find someone to ask questions to - even when you're prepared to spend a lot. Great space and location though.

I love 💕 Restoration Hardware, a national furniture store with local galleries in New York, Greenwich and Westport. They have the most beautiful leather sofas, which are available in custom leathers in different colors and textures. I wanted the distressed leather with the slight sheen in a loveseat size. The Greenwich gallery placed a special order for me. After assuring me that my leather sofa would arrive safely within a few weeks and was fully refundable, I looked at linen curtains but found that the online store had more in inventory. It was on the website that I found silk flowers 🌺 on sale. From leather sofas to bath towels and rugs, you can get almost anything you want at Restoration Hardware. The sales associates are always available to offer their professional advice. This upscale home store has fabulous merchandise in their galleries and online store. I highly recommend Restoration Hardware's furniture and home goods to everyone I know.

Extremely poorly run. Go to another location and don't waste your time here. My wife and I stopped in to purchase a dining room table and chairs and were ignored for half an hour before we decided to go to Westport. The employees looked in our direction but would not even greet or acknowledge us. Do yourself a favor and go to the Westport location instead.

Oh where to start with this particular RH store.... While this location is breathtaking, the service is anything but. I've been here a few times, and with every visit I find the staff to be more and more pretentious and inept. The first time my wife and I visited the store, the service was meh at best; nothing prohibitive about returning, but nothing encouraging either. The second time we came was basically just to check swatches before making a decision about a particular item. It only took us asking 3 employees to find one that made an effort to help us, so, with due diligence, good marks to that staff member. Had we not had to gesticulate wildly and repeatedly ask for assistance we might have been tempted to make our purchase in store. Instead, we decided to take our learnings back home and make our purchase with customer service. Oh, and before we left my wife had a few questions with concern to opening a Restoration Hardware credit card only to receive smug short answers from someone who obviously not only did not know the RH card policies or promotions, but either did not realize her pretentious attitude was a turnoff to do business at this location, or used her brevity as a tactic to usher us away. regardless of her reasoning, she may want to rethink her sales tactics because that particular approach doesn't really work. This last visit was made purely out of necessity. We finally ordered our RH credit card with the anticipation of making a rather large purchase. Unfortunately our card got sent out late, and wanting to pull the proverbial band-aid, we wanted to make the purchase post haste. Since the only way we could get the card number before receiving the piece of plastic was to go to a physical store, we we were kind of forced to revisit this location out of convenience. Before going my wife called to make sure there would be no hiccups. When she got through speaking with the associate, she said she sounded really pleasant and was quite helpful. We decided if we could deal with this particular associate then we would go ahead and make our purchase through her. Unfortunately when we arrived it was pretty much the same as the last few times. No one offered to help us or ask if we could be helped. One woman finally turned around after helping with another customer and basically looked annoyed about our presence. We asked her if the woman we spoke with was available but she told us she was out for the moment and asked what we needed. We told her we were there to get our CC number, to which she said she was going to just pass us off to someone else. she searched for a couple of minutes to find someone to "deal" with us. When she finally came back, after obviously not finding anyone else who wanted to take the task, she had somehow miraculously found the ability to do it herself. She then began to try and take the perception of a sale herself with the most bizarre tactic: complete apathy. What she didn't realize was that I had around 10k of items saved in my wish list for what could have been the easiest transaction of her career. Now I don't know if their "designers" work on commission or not, and I'm positive that there are a lot of large transactions that take place there, given the location, but 10k isn't exactly pennies. We left, promptly came home and called customer service to make our purchase. Next time I feel the need to visit an RH location, I'll forgo the convenience and visit the Flatiron store, because the Greenwich location is about as pleasant and convenient as a colonoscopy by a barber surgeon.
