  So I decided to furnish my new house with "high quality" furniture and spent a small fortune at RH. I REGRET it. I haven't received my furniture yet and I already hate this store. TERRIBLE service starting the moment you pay and walk out the door. I thought I had a bad experience at rooms to go a few years back with their delivery service, its amazing compared to RH. They called me a month ago that my table was ready to be delivered and I told them to hold on to it since I had 15 more items coming (as suggested by the sales rep) and that way they would only have to do one delivery. The rest of the items arrived and they call me to schedule delivery. The day before delivery they send me 3 emails, one after the other, saying that some items were damaged and werent going to be delivered, including the TABLE!!! why didnt they check the table 1 month ago when they received it??? why did they wait until the day before to check it?? Ok so delivery day arrives and I get a call early in the morning saying they had to cancel my delivery...REALLY???!!! WORST service ever! save yourselves some headaches and go anywhere else but here....

  Beautiful store and inventory. I love RH. But... at this location the Employees completely ignored me and when I asked where a particular table was on the floor they were either clueless or condescending. A few were fawning over a wealthy looking older couple which was irritating, but there were several just talking to each other. Friendly greetings were not to be found. Disappointing.

  Very disappointed. Went in with my husband ready to buy a couch and a headboard for our new place and was not acknowledged once. We were the only people in there and there were 3 associates available that were all sitting at tables that did not bother to look up once. We went home and ordered online instead.

  Expensive bathroom fixtures have tarnished and store will not replace them - even though they are supposed to have lifetime warranty - because items are not in their current customer "system." Don't expect help if your items have defects.
