  I bought this item in this store, it was the last piece on the shelf. Although I saw it was taped around the box, I did not think too much. I thought it may be only a little tear on the box and they use tape to fix it. I brought this to the restaurant and the technicians says my faucet is size 12 and on this box it says size 14. I went to return without even opening the box. They opened the box to check and found missing parts and said we can not return it. I tried to explain to them it was taped around the box and I did not open the box because the size says on the box is different. They did not believe me and did not offer return. I just want to remind people shop in their store to double check the packaging before buy it. It might be a used item with taped around it on the shelf. It was a bad luck for me to have this experience.

  Called before I came to see if they had cloth table clothes . Was put on hold while they “checked”.. said they were some available . I came all the way here and didn’t find any. There is no customer service walking around to help you or even anyone in the office to help you find what you need. I go to the entrance to ask for help, no one there to help. I call the number on google and ask for someone to come out into the aisle and assist me. He wouldn’t do it , he insisted on helping me over the phone . Needles to say they did NOT have cloth table cloths, only plastic . And this was a total waste of time and gas as I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed . Was sort of rushed off of the phone , they probably weren’t paying attention to my question and just heard table cloths. I live in northeast , and TOTALLY dissatisfied in the services and products offered at this location . The one in bakers center is better , well lit , more helpful , and cleaner . Don’t waste your time here.

  Massive place with tons of merchandise. The place could be cleaner, especially the bathrooms. Employees could also be nicer and what is up with the idiots driving the forklifts, they seemed to not care that people are walking around the aisles. You then need to wait in a ridiculous long line to pay and the another line for a single person to check every item in you cart while atempting to exit. No one appears to give a damn.
