  We are new full time RVers and bought RPI with our TT membership. We are very pleased with RPI's service. We are new to this lifestyle and do not know the ins and outs. RPIs call center has been very friendly and helpful. The two campgrounds we've stayed at were very nice and well maintained both great deals for the RPI price! The printed materials we ordered came quickly and are easy to read with helpful maps and other info. Thank You RPI!

  We paid our full membership. We had 5 days to cancel, but we didn't even get access to the website for 9 days. When we logged in we realized we had totally been lied to. We were told that we would be able to get condos for $299 for the week. The only reason we did this was so we could lodge a large group for destination wedding. There was nothing even available and the prices were ridiculous for other weeks we couldn't use. They did a search and we were told we could rent 2 condos for the week for $2,400. I found a home to rent for less money that would accomodate all of us. When I asked for refund I got no response. I told them it was like paying for a package but we couldn't open it for 9 days but we had 5 days to decide if we wanted to return it. Once we were able to get on the actual website I knew it wasn't worth our money and felt as though we had been scammed. I am a bargain hunter and can find cheaper prices on my own. If by chance someone does respond to my many emails I will let you know. Don't waste your money. Many websites are cheaper and honest!

  TERRIBLE. I paid my renewal far in advance then found they have cut many campgrounds to the point where the service is useless to my family. I requested a refund of the advance renewal payment and first they wanted a $15.00 fee, then said there would be no refund because I had paid more than 30 days prior. While the actual renewal date was still almost month away from my request for refund. I have been with them for close to 20 years. They have changed from a fine company to a scam, judging from my experience.
