  My two previous encounters with physical therapists had made me fearful of pain . I had a fall that left my right shoulder in pain and was told to get physical therapy, I chose Jim Horn and I’m so happy I did. First he listened to me and then gave me his assessment of what as going on in my shoulder. His explanation was so clear that could visualize what my injury was.His gentle approach put me at ease immediately He sent me exercises via email to complement what we did in the session. Jim is kind and caring and that helped in changing my mind about Physical therapists. His ability to explain clearly what is going on and how the therapy he is doing works is wonderful. My shoulder is now back to normal . He cares about his patients and and I know if I ever get injured again I will be back. I would recommend Jim to anyone needing physical therapy , especially those that have had previous unpleasant experiences. Jim will be able to make them realize what a great physical therapist is and be so happy they chose him.

  I would recommend Resolution Physical Therapy and James Horn to anyone who is looking for a personal and honest approach to getting healthy. Resolution PT offers an effective setting that allows for you to be the center of attention. You are not going to be sent off into a corner and told to ride a bike for 30 minutes, you are going to work with Jim one on one and together you will map out a plan to recovery. Whatever it is you love to do, whether it is running, swimming or lifting weights, Jim Horn will never tell you that you cannot get back to it, and that should be your goal as well.

  Jim helped me with limited mobility and pain in my shoulders. I never felt rushed during my treatments. I always appreciated if my appointment was at 9:00am, I was seen by 9:01am. He gave followup information so I could help heal myself. Super professional, super knowledgeable and an all around great physical therapist and person. His assistant Nancy always sounded like she was smiling when she answered the phone. I highly recommend Resolution PT.

  Jim Horn is wonderful and skilled physical therapist. He knew when to push me to work harder and when to treat my injury in a less aggressive way. Jim was a ray of sunshine.to work with ... He was always upbeat, encouraging, honest, and more than helpful. His expert treatment of my injury was remarkable. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone who needs a physical therapist. His intelligence, skill, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched.

  I was treated by Jim Horn at Resolution Physical Therapy for a severely sprained ankle. He is thorough, explains everything in simple terms, and really gives each patient his whole attention, something that seems to be lacking at some other practices. I also appreciated his honesty and practical approach to treating my injury—he knew that I couldn’t easily get there three or four times a week as prescribed and helped me create a plan for working at home on my “off” days.
