  Decent hotel.. lovely staff.. okay fitness center.. convenient location. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights for business & instead of my company's account being charge hotel accidentally charged my personal credit that was on file for incidentals. Once I realized the mishap the manager acknowledged it was indeed their fault. Only issue was it took about 8 weeks before I was refunded. Which is unacceptable. The manager offered me a complimentary night after I insists that I'd be compensated for the inconvenience.

  Excellent customer service (hands down to Cal) and their staff. Clean room and facilities. Highly recommended

  This residence inn is a nice place to stay. Nothing fancy but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had the free breakfast and there was a nice assortment of items to choose from. The rooms are clean and quiet. Even though my room was on the road side of the hotel I couldn't hear any road noise. Climate control worked well and wasn't loud. The wallpaper in the bathroom above the shower was pulling up from the wall and there were a couple things that seemed aged. Overall it was a relaxing environment.

  Rooms were clean and large. They were very helpful with setting up a pack n play for my daughter. Breakfast was hot and good, and they did a great job keeping up with the crowds (hotel was packed with families for a soccer tournament). All of the staff (from the woman cleaning up in the breakfast room, to the maids, to the front desk) were very friendly and helpful.

  A fine place to stay. Residence Inns offer all the usual amenities (except ice machines ) of business hotels of this class with extended stay features. The rooms, staff and Internet at this location are all good. Better TV would be nice. Parking is $6 a day but I expense everything. I can't complain.
