  It's not bad for a pit stop, but I wouldn't willingly stay here again. The cloth furniture and carpet are in dire need of a deep clean or replacement. Its also not the most clean place I've stayed. The shower floor was sticky and clearly not cleaned well. Also, I found old food crumbs under my mattress. Despite these issues, the bed itself was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice and filling with a nice array of items to choose. If my room was cleaner, it would have been a much better experience.

  Maids and front desk staff very kind, and the room was nice. However, we were in town for the #redfored movement at the state capitol and went to breakfast in our shirts, and who I assume was the manager was greeting guests and very openly talked negatively about the movement as soon as we walked in and blatently pointed out my shirt, as well as pointing out other guests in the room for different reasons. No matter your political opinion I feel it is unprofessional to speak that way towards customers. We were also charged twice for our two night stay, and when we called we were told it could take 3-5 days to go off the card. Not a complaint against the hold policy, just a heads up to future guests.

  A nice hotel with nice amenities. The room was clean, roomy, and furnished comfortably for an extended stay. The property is well-maintained and has ample parking.

  Residence Inn is my preferred hotel brand and this stay confirmed it yet again. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was free and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. The building is definitely getting older but they've maintained the room well (I stayed in room 212). The bathrooms we're quite clean. One thing I pay attention to in bathrooms is the grout and caulking in the showers. Even though the tub was showing signs of wear, the grout and caulking were clean and white, no nasty mild or mildew build up. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I heard from any of the others in my party was about thin walls. My neighbors must have been quiet so I didn't notice any noises. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

  My wife and I are from Iowa and we are in Arizona receiving treatment for my wife's cancer. We have been here for 4 weeks but needed a place for the remainder of the time needed to beat this ugly disease. After trying numerous other hotels, I tried Residence Inn and met the director of sales, Maryanne. What a wonderful and caring person. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and meet our needs. She is a very special lady and we feel blessed to be here.
