  Staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Breakfast is excellent, rooms are updated and clean, and great overall.

  The hotel was in a very convenient location to all of the downtown action. There is a parking garage right at the hotel with in and out privileges. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly. There is an outside deck on the 8th floor with a nice fire pit and seating. I would definitely recommend staying here!

  Stayed here multiple times and will continue to for business travel. Absolutely fantastic staff- over the top helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Couldn’t say enough good things about my many experiences here.

  Worst hotel I've every stayed at. Selected to pay day of and wasn't notified about what to expect when doing so. To park at hotel it's 35 dollars a night which I thought was outrageous and if you don't use a debit instead of credit card on file they charge your debit card 50 dollars a night and take 4 business days to reimburse. If you try to pay cash there's a 250 dollar deposit and 14 business day wait (3 weeks) for the funds to be returned and it's by check. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a pleasant time in Colorado. I had better stays at 60 dollar motels in New York.
