Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your resort. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Great location for downtown activities. Staff was wonderful and went above and beyond. Room was cozy, comfortable, and full kitchen was really great. Not the greatest view out the window since it was just another high rise, However, highly recommend and will stay here again.

Comfortable, clean rooms with a hospitable staff and a well appointed daily breakfast. Roanoke is also a great restaurant in the building. The General Manager displays great leadership through helping his team during breakfast service and conversing with the guests. Top notch! One of the best Residence Inns or any hotel for that matter I have stayed.

I gave this hotel 2 stars initially on gut reaction, but decided to go with 3 stars for a couple reasons: very fast room service, relatively comfortable bed and pillows, and plenty of hot water with great water pressure and a large rain style shower head. I called down for more coffee around 7am, and within 5 minutes housekeeping was dropping off not just 2 packs (it was my check out day), but 4…and it was relatively good coffee for a hotel. Compare that to the boutique and extremely nice, Sofitel, just down the street. Which took over 2.5 hours to deliver room service, and only after I called to ask. Real dishes and a full size fridge were available…you could definitely stay here comfortably long term, but only if you deep cleaned the place. The reason it gets 3 stars is because it was very dirty. Honestly filthy. My bed sheets were most likely not changed as there was longer hair (much longer than mine) between the 2 sheets where you sleep. Not one, not 2, but 3 hairs. I didn’t see any sign of bedbugs or actual dirt, so I chocked it up to the housekeepers hair since the sheets seemed otherwise clean. Long story short, there was hair in the bed and I’m not sure who’s it was, but the sheets were clean enough that I lint rolled the hairs off and let out be. Hospitality staff are working their butts off, so I chose to just sleep on them. All was fine on that front. But the level of dirty in the actual room was egregious. And even though hospitality staff are short staffed and overworked, this room was not worth $200/night. I’m going to let the photos explain. The orange crusty stuff on the shower wall was easily wiped away with a washcloth, so not a stain…the shower just hasn’t been scrubbed in who knows how long. The drain was growing a black sludge (they normally have this hidden with a decorative cover). The walls had lots of streaks and shoe scuffs that were easily wiped away with a wet washcloth. A magic eraser would clean the walls up in

Dropping a star for goofiest shower I've ever been subjected to (for the record you should be able to reach the shower controls from under the spray - and you should be able to close the shower so it doesn't spray on the floor) but other than that - this is an excellent hotel. Spacious room with nice kitchen, Good hot breakfast with many vegetarian options, We had trouble with the toilet and friendly maintenance man fixed it in 10 minutes. Well stocked fitness room. And a terrific location in the middle of the loop combine to make this a winner.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this Marriott deserved a 5 star! I travel with work a lot but this was by far the best service I have had at a hotel in a long time! The bellman was very attentive with our luggage both during check in and check out. The hotel was clean and the team was super accommodating as we had a sizable group that wanted to be close to each other in the hotel!
