Great hotel with a good hot breakfast included. Centrally located. A lot of self parking in the area if you are so inclined like me. If you want to walk around at night or early in the morning, stick to the main streets. There are a lot of vagrants in the area and almost all of them wanted something. I feel bad for folks down on their luck, but a couple of them had more expensive clothes than I did! In short, great hotel, but it can be a rough area if you venture off the beaten path.

Be prepared for parking prices. $30 per night for valet or park around the corner in parking garage for $32 per night. Other than that, the hotel was great. Breakfast was awesome. Cleaning services were amazing. Front desk was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Checked in via mobile app so they had my room key ready for me when I arrived. They lock the unsupervised entrance door in the evening, but there is a doorbell to let people in. Stayed in a 1 br suite. The arrangement of a lot of the furniture was weird--the couch in the living room was not facing the TV (maybe it was a pull-out sofa), the drawer was in the living room because there was no room for it in the bedroom, and the positioning of the bed was weird in general. The bed was also full sized, so it was cozy for my husband and I. The shower curtain was way too long and the shower head is not high enough, most likely because the tub was raised. Generally the room we were in was very quiet despite having a seemingly full hotel. The room had great airflow and the heater was not loud at all. The furniture looked new and the carpet also looked new. Everything was clean. Location is perfect- its about a 5 minute walk to the Skyline, Centennial Park, CNN, and about 10 minute walk to Coca-Cola World, the Aquarium, and The Center for Civil and Human Rights. A Marta stop is right at the end of the street which conveniently takes you to and from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay at this RI. The area of town was decent for a city. I liked how close it was to everything around. It was a short walk everywhere. We had a great view of the park and surrounding areas. The room was very economical in the sense that it was tight trying to get around some of the doors to get through the room, but it's just an old design. Be sure to check out some of the history on the building. Very interesting.

The staffs are SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! Loved their social events with free food and drinks. I gotta try some local brews, and they even looked for me to tell me the name and location of the brewery. I stayed almost a week and was not ever bored with their breakfast. However, I am extremely disappointed in their non-recycling friendly environment. Maybe it is a whole Atlanta thing, it was so hard to find a recycling bin anywhere. I can't believe they don't recycle at all at this days and age. I ended up carrying all my recyclable to the airport, but they didn't have recycling either, so they went all the way back to Chicago with me -.-" that's crazy! I just can't throw away things that is perfectly fine to recycle.
