  I was very skeptical about trying cyrotherapy but everyone was talking about it, so finally I caved and gave it a try. Let me tell you, I know go at least three times a week. I’m someone that loves working out and being able to do something that enables your body to recover so fast is a god sent. Not to meantion you burn calories standing in the chamber!

  RESET is the best! The whole body cryo, BOA compression for lymphatic drainage, and the cryofacial for collagen production are AMAZING! Also, they have this new LED treatment on the body that’s a biohack and you lose inches.. In four sessions I’ve lost 1.5 inches off my waist and almost an inch on each leg. It’s legit! And the owners are super friendly and knowledgeable; they can answer all of your questions. GO HERE.

  I highly recommend Reset Cryotherapy. The view from the cryo-sauna is complimented by an engaging duo of co-owners that create a welcoming atmosphere catering to locals and tourists alike. I am grateful for the cryo-experience Whitney and Jessica have crafted at Reset Cryotherapy. Whit and Jess are not only knowledgeable and explanatory about the history and application of cryo, but also understanding, flexible, engaging and fun to be around! I am appreciative of their professional yet laid-back approach. I work out 4-5 times a week and made a commitment by taking advantage of a package deal that allows me to "cryo" once a day, each day of the week. I also take advantage of their "local" cryotherapy when I feel like I need an additional focus on my knee or piriformis muscle. My wife enjoys the cryo-facial. So, make sure to inquire about all the cryo-options available at their boutique spot in Sunset Harbour overlooking Biscayne Bay. ProTip: Come prepared with a song that suits your mood and Whit or Jess will have it playing while you cryo. SlipperTip: You're required to wear clean socks and a pair of slippers when you cryo. There's an awesome selection for you. My goto slippers are Donkey, the Penguins, or Shrek.

  These girls are amazing! I love coming here! The cryotherapy is fantastic. I feel so much better overall. I feel like I have more energy, stamina, I swear less, my sex drive has increased, I can lift more than every...it's truly amazing. I highly recommend getting the big package because you will be back - trust me! So take advantage of the bulk savings. That was my only regret was getting the smaller package, because I've already re-upped and completed a big one too... oh well, can't complain that I loved the services too much lol.
