  So pretty much everyone knows I tried to self ombre my hair last night, ruined it, drove around el paso for an hour trying to find a stylist. Finally a guy took me who is apparently not gay but still fabulous!!!!! He totally changed my look while still being super hilarious and then when I dropped I bomb I needed to be out in 30minutes he and another stylist started tag teaming Blow drying and curling my hair! This place was amazing! No amount of tip would have been enough. Vince and Alexis, you guys performed a miracle today!

  The good: Excellent hair stylists. Vince has done an amazing job with my hair. Great customer service. They always offer a free alcoholic drink while you wait. The bad: They have not put much effort into the place itself. Decor is cheap looking, chairs are poor quality, and many of the bare walls need to be decorated. They are finally getting their act together but need to be consistent in their hours. I've shown up on days they should be open only to find them closed. Overall: If you're downtown and want an excellent haircut, go there. But don't be disappointed by the cheap furnishings and decor and unorganized staff.

  The whole experience was great! They did an amazing job on my hair. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Will def be going back

  Always a pleasure to go in for services. Vincent always does an excellent job. The staff is very friendly making sure to assist with all needs & services offered are great.

  I never ever leave reviews and I’m usually not picky about places, especially haircut places, but this place is a rip-off. It’s a great first impression when they offer you a complimentary drink and the girl at the front is very nice. However, the hair stylist I got did her own things to my hair and cut/shaved my hair her own way. She seemed in a rush because she had lunch plans and seemed to rush my haircut and cut it way shorter, made it look very “blocky” and shaved off part of the front, which I never asked her to. Sucks it didn’t work out because I work close by and it would’ve been convenient for me. I thought for the high price ($28) I would get better service. Sucks that I have to leave this review because I NEVER leave reviews and I never complain about haircut places. I’m sure other customers had a good experience, but I just didn’t have one. Highly overrated. Sad!
