  We have been going to REO for the past 15 years for new appliances and repairs of old ones. The cost of a repair visit is lower than any other place around that I have called. They are always reliable. Once when I was recovering from surgery my washing machine broke in a very bad way. After the repair person came out and confirmed it wasn't worth fixing, the woman at the store helped find a new one for me that had a little cosmetic damage from sitting out on the showroom floor, over the phone. They came back and installed it that same day (I had 3 very small children at the time so being w/o a washing machine would have been very difficult). They have gone back to the store to get a new garbage disposal for me as well when ours broke and was not worth repairing. We have never had a problem with them, have bought 2 washers, 1 dryer, a gas grill, a garbage disposal and a mini refrigerator. I'm sure there have been other purchases I'm forgetting. My dryer just broke after 14 years so I will be calling them tomorrow to purchase a new one from them as well.

  Purchased multiple appliances through Reo and have never had a bad experience. Never pushy and will always guide you in the right direction to suite your needs and budget. Installation is painless and always willing to help with anything you need. Will never shop a big box store after doing business here. Highly recommend.

  This week I called REO to get a new AC unit. As I have a home warranty I needed to have the price for the unit with installation in writing so that I may get reimbursed. Their subcontractor, who installs their units, told me it would cost $25 to get an estimate in writing! I called the store to get some resolution and the customer service person, Giovanna, refused to help me as the sales person was not in. Today they called me back and said they were "going to pass." I had bought all my appliances (10 items) in both my homes from REO and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. I was trying to support a local business but they made it impossible to do so. This is not customer service. I do not recommend them.

  Best service call in 35 years! Michael was prompt, courteous, efficient, professional and has fair pricing. He knows his field, is experienced and honest. Totally reliable. Will never use anybody else again.

  REO is the ONLY place I will buy appliances. They always arrive when they say they will and the quality of product and repair service has always been excellent.
