  DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, spend one dime with this company please. I am an event planner and I’ve done a lot of business with Rent 4 Parties. I reserved and paid for a chair for a client. Less then 24 hours before the event Rent 4 Parties canceled on my order without notice. They wanted the venue to hold the chair for them over night and the venue refused so they canceled on me. They offered to refund my money but that didn’t help my client or my business’s good name. I asked to speak with the manager repeatedly but she would not speak to me. William is one of the owners and he refused to help resolved this issue either. I googl Rent 4 Parties after this happened to me and I was shocked at all of the horrible reviews. The kicker is if you cancel your reservation with Rent 4 Parties on such short notice they would keep your money case close, but it’s OK for them to do this to their customers with no penalty. Such a shame. Beware of companies like this. The customer service is nonexistent and they don’t seem to care!! There are lots of other companies out here who have the same product but they value their customers. Do spend your hard earned money here!!

  Be careful with this company! They are trying to make money without providing any service. It was the worst experience ever.

  They are very nice when you sign up for services. They confirm delivery dates (7/23/17) and times with no problem and they accept payment with no issues. However Day of the event is a different story. In my case they arrived 1.5 hours late causing major concern and disruption during setup. After the event I called several times to speak with someone to complain and the run around began. I was told someone would return my call. Never happened. After now almost a month and at least 10 calls, still no response. I am still waiting to hear from Ellie in billing, Jackie in billing, and Viola the manager. I would not recommend using them. Things may not go as planned and if not, don't expect a response from them.
