  If I was able to do negative stars, I would. Only put one so I can post this. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Harasses the **** out of customers (excuse my language), I was set up on a bi-weekly pay period (which is accommodating) but staff put the wrong dates in & I now get continues phone calls regarding payments. I've called up numerous times for them to correct the dates & I still get harassed on a daily basis. My payments are on time ever other week as I've agreed to, but once again....i still get harassed. Rent-A-Center and any affiliation of theirs will NEVER get a recommendation / referral from me. I'd rather spend my time advising customers NOT to go to this location & I mean this specific location and their staff members. Store itself is not up to par, products are damaged & they still sell them to you..... never again!! Hey ladies & Gentlemen, Try Aarons!!!! If I bothered to pay attention to their names, i'd post them here too.

  Very unorganized and unprofessional. Staff is not coordinated with decisions, they alter the prices, the staff you deal with one month is different the following month due to them being let go for doing corrupt things. I am very unsatisfied and if it wasn't for me already paying so much for the two items I Have, I would send them back and never deal with this company again. I say company because the patchogue location was not the only place I experienced issues when it came to rent a center. Lesson learned, if you need it save up for it don't rent it!!!
