  The staff are very rude and unwelcoming. I felt like walking out as soon as I walked in. And then they go through this massive process, with an attitude from the start, just to come end up saying they can't help. Instead of finding a solution they refused to be helpful in every way. Definitely never going to the Poughkeepsie location for anything ever again.

  I like the idea that you can rent to own at this place but I will never do business with them again. I had so many problems with miscommunication on their part, sending me used furniture when I signed off on a a new bedroom set, to the point I should have just cancelled everything. One thing is for sure, whenever you call them, they put you on hold so many times and their manager happens to have "stepped away" every time you ask to speak to him. I originally thought I was getting a 7 piece set, but somehow that turned into a 5 piece set and the manager agreed to lower the price since I was lied to and very upset. But now, it's been two months and I am still waiting for a nightstand to be delivered to me and when I called again, they were no help. I just want to pay off the whole set so I never have to deal with them again, but of course I am sure I am going to have to go into the store again to figure out why I haven't received my night stand yet. I literally talked to the store manager, accountant managers, and sales representatives, and the guys who delivered the furniture (total of 6 staff members), and the only ones that were helpful, were the ones that delivered the set to me. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
