  I'm not even late on a payment and if I don't have it payed by 1:00 on a Saturday that I'm working they blow up my phone. This place is a rip off charging 3x the amount on stuff just because some of us have to rent insteed of buying out right. If I didn't need the washer and dryer I would not use them. If you don't have to I wouldn't. Customer service is horrible also. The manager at west st. Ashley talked to me like I was stupid.

  They ruined my washer when taking back the dryer! I specifically asked, and so did my husband, for them to not touch the washer when they came to get their dryer back. I have a stainless Steel washer and they ruined it cosmetically! Earlier this year they ruined the track on my back sliding door but they do not bother to pay anything to get anything of yours fixed that they break! They are also rude and they won't let you get a word in edgewise. And they LOVE to hang up on you!

  Everyone at rent a center on north west street is so so wonderful! I will never shop anywhere else again. They all go above and beyond what is expected of them. IV been a customer for about 3 years I think and hadn't gone back for about a year and when I walked in they knew me by name and made me feel welcome. THANKS guys for being so great!! Megan Payne
