  As a costumer for many years I must say that the current manager George is the best one ive delt with. Highly understanding, Patient, very negotiable to make payment arrangements and experience good. But besides that the staff makes us costumers feel is never about the money but making sure we are 100% satisfied with our furniture. Best location In the bronx that I have went to. Highly recommended.

  This was the lowest experience I’ve experienced from a place of business.. on Tuesday 2/27/18 my fiancé and I went into this store and was greeted by the manager George.. he asked how could we be helped and we stayed we just moved and we’re looking for a sofa and dining room set for our home.. he then explained the process of rent a center and told us to look around to see if there was anything we were interested in. We looked around and let him know what we liked.. he gave us a price and what we would be paying monthly and we moved on with paperwork. While he was doing paperwork my finance I was sitting having conversation, George as well joined our conversation and everything seemed to have gone well.. he stated our delivery date would be Tuesday 3/6/18 and if possible he’ll try to move the delivery date sooner.. great thank you... Friday 3/2/18 at approximately 425 pm we received a call from daisy the receptionist that’s employed at this facility and she stated we needed to being in a lease, pay stubs and she was also waiting on verification from our employer.. we ended stooping by the store to clarify from daisy.. and she stated we needed these things. George the manager stood there with a stupid look on his face because he knew he screwed up when we had an encounter with him days before and he did not state any of this.. not to mention they called at 425 Friday evening to explain to me that they needed all of this. No one called prior to that or reached out about anything. Had they called earlier I could’ve gotten all the verification they needed from my job quicker than they would’ve. That was the first delay! Fast forward to the delivery date 03/06/18 when I cleared out my living room and threw everything out waiting on an delivery. Took the day off and waited. Drljebrry tine was suppose to be between 1pm and 4pm as my clmplexbdies no allow delivery pass 5 pm. Waiting at home and didn’t hear from them.. I decided to call.. at 3:45 I was informed by a young man on the Phone that I would not be getting a delivery from them today. No one had the courtesy to let me know. No one called to say, mr. Key unfortunately we won’t be able to deliver.. I stated to the young man that the following day I’d be at work and also stated there would be bad weather .. he stated that it’s on we deliver in any kind of weather.. as well as we can deliver your sofa but not the dining room table because we have to order a new one.. no one had the courtesy to let me know that.. no one called to inform me as I was home all day waiting for this delivery.. We decided to call back the store and speak to the manager George and only if I can explain the disrespect from him. I asked the process of canceling my order and he was so rude “well you come down get your refund and move on” he didn’t care at all. The following day we called and spoke with George again and his rudeness didn’t diminish. He said oh you can get your delivery today, not until the snow passes. We had everything planned out before you guys called with your attitude flair up. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! the manager GEORGE! Is very disrespectful. He pretended to be what he wasn’t. He claimed he train other managers and travels from store to store state to state, well he needs training himself. To sum it all up, they never delivered, the attitude was nasty and he doesn’t care about customer concern. He knows he screwed up and he didn’t apologize. He could care less. I will definitely taking this to corporate besides this review. Very rude and disrespectful. I will advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. George acts as if he’s doing you a favor. He’s pathetic.. can take the boy out of the hood but can’t take the hood out of the boy. Let’s also add that they weren’t going to order new furniture, they were giving us the floor model.. lol god really works.. we learned that when we went to cancel out order on 3/8/18. My fiancé saw what was written on the paper by the manager George that we were never getting new furniture!!! DONT GO TO THIS RENT A CENTER.. they are garbage!!

  Good customer service. I needed sofa bed and love seat. They found me a sectional with 2 recliners and a sofa bed.
