  NIGHTMARE! Nationwide they are fantastic and would recommend to anyone. This one is a horror story, from terrible customer service, inaccurate billing, failure to deliver rented furnature, etc, the list can go on. Use the company by all means, just not this location.

  I wish that I could give negative stars or at the very least, no stars.... This place is the worst place that I have ever done business with...EVER! They start calling early on the due date. On the due date, they call and leave a message every 2 hours from open til just minutes before closing for the day. Then, if you are a day late, expect another 5-10 calls and voice messages with both threatening and condescending tones from their employees. One man, is by far worse than the others when he calls. One would think that the payment of about $20 means the life or death of his mother and only child. Just avoid this place please...for your own sake and sanity!

  Fair warning!!! Do not even rent from them. Its better off to get your items brand new than do business with these scammers. My furniture was dropped off without being inspected.come to find out my table was infested with ROACHES!!!!! Called store to get a resolution the manager "Tom" was rather rude and was not at all helpful. We was on time with the payments but it was clear he wanted extra money because he called me everyday saying we still owe on the account. With that bring said the table still had roaches. Very gross and nasty come get your flipping table.... Never again... Don't go there.

  You have been warned if you're thinking that it's a good idea to rent something from this place or to engage in any business transactions with them you best run for the hills. Do not get scammed by this place it's absolutely the worst place to engage in any business activities whatsoever. it sounds good ag first until they're calling you six times a day and leaving you 10 voicemails over a couch that they're charging you $3500 for that's not worth $500. for that kind of money you would expect to get a couch that was brand new with plastic still on it. I got a used couch with rips all over it and it literally had dirt and grime from the previous owners and then after I was late a few days on a payment they started harassing me literally around the clock run far far away as fast as you can from ever doing business with this place you would be better off sleeping on the ground. You have been warned.
