::My father is on a limited income, and is handicapped, he ordered a surround sound blue-ray player from them, the have yet to hook it up properly and give him all the speakers that goes with the device, the first two weeks he had no remote control to go with it, and here it is close to the end of the month where he cant use the thing to listen to the basketball games he enjoys without the whole system being fully operational. Yet Rent a center will want him to PAY his FULL BILL come JULY......smh...This is sad. He has been a customer with them for a while he just paid off one of the items he rents from them...
