  The customer service is the worst. They dont want to work and are not knowledgeable about the products

  I gave them the benefit of the doubt, assuming these reviews were a bit too harsh. Sadly, i went there two days ago and the staff couldn't find my online application and approval, the person I made an appointment with never showed up or called, the staff was not knowledgeable of the products, an overall waste of my time and it has turned me away from ALL Rent a Centers.

  Never you this place . save your money up a buy what you want . Totally unproffesional . Very rude managment staff .

  Not only do they do not know what the other is doing. The manager there is rude and nasty and late to open when it rains!
