    Horrible. My bed set I got from them started to break. I've called them multiple times for them to look at it and they never came. They didn't attach my mirror to the dresser. They lied to me saying someone came and spoke to a female but I am the only female in the house. I would know if I spoke to someone. The lady caught an attitude with me l. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend it.

    Had a 50 dollars off, so decided to try and get a new bed frame. When to the store things were OK. Was getting a brand new not out of the box queen size bed frame in a dark cherry wood color. Was told be there a few days later from 4-6. So day came and no show around 5:30 called the store and they said the lady I talked to schulde us on top of another order around that time. Also they said they didn't have the parts but they can do it the next day around the same time. So I said OK just give a call when your hear. So next day they showed up. Guys start bringing things up and said they forgot one thing but will bring it when they are done. And next thing I know they were leaving. My boyfriend told me while he was watching over them. That one the drawers with the bed frame didnt match and they said if we wanted them and that it had scratches all over it. So was not brand new. Then they told us they will find the parts and be back so almost 7 clock. Saying they cant do it today. So I called the store and told them my name and address and I told the lady I was upset then she hanged up on me. So I called right back and said my name all over again and it was a different lady. Told her I was upset been waiting patiently as I can on my 2 days off of work and asked when the next delivery day she can do it. So was supposed to be on a Wednesday then Thursday now she told me on Saturday so a week after I went to the store around 3-5. And yet again no show saying they didn't have all the parts. So called a again at work told the guy I can't hold and he puts me on hold then hangs up on me. So called again after being hung again. Told the lady that someone hanged up on me and this is not professional and they can keep try to deliver it till they get it to my place. Told them my next day off wasn't till Wednesday, so they said they will do it that day then. A whole week later from the original deviler day. I decided that it's not worth it and went to the store to cancel when I never got it and a hassle the whole time. Went to the store and waited for someone and a lady asked if we were making a payment which was funny after the stuff we went through. Lady took me to a room to cancel my account and the lady that helped us said sorry cause it didn't happen cause she wasn't at the store the first devilry day. But she was the one I talked to on the other two days. So after all that stuff I would never go there again. And will tell people of my trouble with this store. I wish I could give a 0 star rating. The staff was rude and seem like they didn't care or even tried to get the bed frame deviled.

    So for a year and a half now, my boyfriend and I have been working with Rent-A-Center to get stuff for our apartment. It has been nothing but a hassle and terrible service. We bought a 60' flat screen TV and a 3D blue-ray payer when we first moved in together, and had a heck of a time getting all that in order. They brought the TV and Blue-Ray to the apartment but didn't have the correct cables for it, so they had to go back to the store and come back the next day with the correct cords. The next day, they came back with the correct cables but when they turned on the TV, it was locked with a password from whoever owned it before and had it taken from them. They had to figure out how to unlock it which took a few days, then they brought the wrong remote for the Blue-Ray and that took a few days to locate the correct one. But after all the troubles we had getting those items, we made sure to keep up with all payments, and were never late and it worked out ok. When we had the TV and Blue-Ray paid off, we wanted to get a bigger bed as ours now is just to small for the two of us (it was mine before we moved in together and its a full. It worked fine for me as I'm small, but hes over 6 ft tall and hangs off the bed sometimes). We were told they would honor the black Friday price and that we could definitely set up the sale, but that they had to order the product or find it at another store first. They told us they placed the order so that in case they didn't find the product at another store, then there would be a new one arriving within the week for us. They were supposed to call when it came in, but we never got a call back and never heard from them again about it. We contacted them recently about getting a washer and dryer for the new apartment we just moved into yesterday, and they were supposed to deliver it on the day before we moved, never showed. We called multiple times and the guy kept saying it would be delivered today and that he wasn't sure what was holding the drivers up. They never came that day and upon calling again they rescheduled it for Monday morning. When they hadn't showed up by noon or so, we called again, they said we were supposed to be the first delivery and that it would be there that day. By 2:30 We called them, again as my boyfriend was going to work, but all we got was "The drivers are killing me, I'll call them and see what the hold up is, and I'll call you back." They never called, and never showed. Upon calling today to speak with the manager, we were told that he was at the bank, so a half hour later, we called back and this time were told he was "too busy training and that it would training would take a while" We never got that call. Needless to say, we will NEVER do business with them again, and we suggest you don't either. This has been a terrible experience, and its a shame as it could've been fixed had they hired people who cared about the customers. Do yourselves a favor, and go to Aarons or ANY other store to get your stuff.
