  If I could rate ZERO STARS I would. These bunch of guys that work at the Rent a center on Main and Alma School are bullies and think it is funny to intimidate children. We are 1 week late on a bed yes just a mattress that is it. My wife has told them she would be in there on payday not even 2 weeks late and make 2 payments. They went to her apartment and literally knocked on the door knocker for 5 minutes straight and pounded on the door for almost an hour. The kids were teenagers however they were terrified from the pounding. This same day, they left a note on my sisters truck not knowing who's truck it is. My sister does not owe them money therefore they should of not put anything on any vehicles as my wife does not even drive or have a vehicle. They are very unprofessional I will not let this die down I will complain to everyone and make sure their corporate office is aware that they have bullies working for them.

  I love the way rent a center staff handle me. They work with you in every way to help you keep what ya work hard for. Heath runs a great place in mesa I furnished my whole house with the help of rent a center

  Poor costumer service. The guy guess in the manager was a jerk. Got some news you don't need the steroids
