::I have had so many problems with this Bank!!! I don't even know where to start with the list. They are not open on Saturdays at all, you cannot do anything over the phone or internet, they keep putting a security lock on my account so I cannot check my balance over the phone or Internet. I can't even get the app to work right. so what good is an account if you can't even check your balance? I got you bounced check because I could not check my balance when I was out and about shopping. They would only refund one of them. I think they should have refunded both of them. They never answer the phone and they need to upgrade their customer service big time. My husband said they need to get some before they can upgrade it. I am going to start looking for a new bank on Monday. One more thing... I I didn't even want to give them one star but had to in order to leave a review.
