  Worst place ever. The sheets on the bed were not clean. they did not pull the sheets back and changed the covers which in turn caused them to leave dirty sheets on the bed when we went to bed that night that is when I discovered the nasty unclean sheets was on the bed ....I complained to management and nothing was done. Don't waste your money at this place.

  I always go to the Renaissance for social and professional events in their ballrooms rather than stay overnight. The experiences are nonetheless pleasant and amazing. The size of each ballroom is great for any type of presentation or meeting, and the reception service is stellar. You are welcomed into the hotel and treated like a guest no matter what your purpose. The cooking is to die for; the chefs and waiters are amazing people and should get more recognition for their ability to feed 30+ people at my events without a flaw. The setting is professional and friendly, and management truly works with you. If you were even thinking about booking an event or an overnight stay at this hotel, do not hesitate. You won't regret it.

  Nice hotel with modern rooms and a recently renovated workout facility. Attached to the upscale International Plaza Mall, lots of good food options in the evening within 2 min walking distance from the room. Large outdoor enclosed courtyard is great for cigars in the evening. Lobby bar has a great selection considering it's a hotel bar.

  Excellent hotel, with outstanding service. The concierge desk was staffed with extremely well mannered and very attentive personnel. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside of this hotel is the limited parking, the small hotel entrance and the in room coffee service and the inoperable safe. The balance of this hotel is remarkable. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, well furnished and maintained. The in room bathroom linen is very plush. The bed was luxuriously soft, comfortable and well dressed. The room was outfitted nicely with an HD TV, a comfortable day sofa and a nice desk. This is certainly a hotel worth returning to.
