  Normally I am not one to leave a review, but I absolutely loved my stay here. While the rooms are beautiful, everything was sparkling clean, the food was so amazing, the service is what stood out. Justine and Theo is what really made the stay such a memorable trip. Theo is a waiter at the hotel restaurant (Toussaint) and is so kind and takes amazing care of his customers. Justine is at the hotel and is one of the kindest souls. thank you so much for taking care of us and being so kind. These two really set this place apart from everywhere else! Well them and the amazing architecture.

  Quaint, homey feel with eclectic charm. The hotel is clean and smells good. Valet is welcoming and it's easy to navigate the facilities. The morning Cafe leaves a bit to be desired, like half the menu is not available... they had bagles... The room is fantastic. Its roomy, clean and comfortable!

  The Saint Elm is THE BEST and the most beautiful Hotel we have stayed in many years! Mallory Front desk was very friendly And gave me a history lesson about the property! The rooms are 5 stars! Beautiful decor! If you want a 5 star fantastic stay, they are located next to the Majestic theatre! Almost better than Breakfast at Tiffany’s! Thanks again Mallory and staff! Oh almost forgot use the Hotels Valet worth the cost! Kendrick our valet was Awesome! I’m a Diamond For life Hilton member and now staying at Marriott because of Mallory and staff! Oh almost forgot Justine at the front desk was also Awesome comped us a free breakfast

  They didn't have the room I'd book (through a different company, so that happens sometimes) and offered a suitable replacement. We parked across from hotel indigo which was $10 the night we stayed, but had to let them know the next morning that we did not do valet service. Everyone is friendly. Room was nice. Bathroom was big though there wasn't any body soap. And location was around some bars and near a park.

  Very close to everything you need, hotel staff are very nice and friendly, happy to help you with anything. The rooms are spacious with plenty of space for your suitcase, clothes bags, and anything else you need. The bed has a bench that's the length of the bed and much more sturdy than most suitcase benches. The showers are walk in, and I believe you can request a shower chair. ADA wise, this room was easy to navigate in my manual chair and I believe both sides of the bed would accommodate an electric chair as well. We were in a single king bed room. The same for the bathroom, spacious enough for any chair and I could get right up to the counter. I don't have anything bad to say!
