  Good location... a block from canal street, walking distance to French quarter and street car stops. Beds are firm, lots of down pillows. But they have no feather pillows too, which I prefer, if you call for them. Also there’s a mini fridge and a single cup coffee maker. And they provide decent coffee! Bathroom is spacious. Tub/shower combo. Plenty of counter space and towels. Complimentary Aveda toiletries. Also, all the staff is SUPER friendly!!

  Overall a nice experience. The restaurant downstairs has great staff, oysters and drinks. The room is a bit small but otherwise really nice and well appointed. I stayed here for a conference and it was nice and central to all the activities.

  Jazz Fest 2018. Was gone all day and the rooms were not cleaned. Gave me a key to an all ready occupied room when I checked in. The staff however was very accommodating and brought clean towels up right away. The hotel was not very far from Canal street which was nice.

  We had a great stay here. The entire staff was incredible & very nice. Vallet was a little slow, but that can be overlooked when everything else was as good as it was. The room decor was a little cheesy, I guess they were trying too hard to appeal to the younger, more hip guests- but we thought the red chandelier sticker on the wall was really tacky looking. It didn't take away from our stay- just something we kinda laughed about.

  Beautiful hotel convenient to French Quarter. Great style. Room was super clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillows! Excellent food in restaurant downstairs. Highly recommend!
