  I attended a conference and a few of us stayed at this hotel. Their experience was a bit better. The clerk was really nice but the cleaning crew didn't really do their job well. They threw away things I had set aside so they wouldn't thrown them away. They didn't restock certain items. The desk fixed it the next time after mentioning it. A small thing to complain about, but it was a big bummer, was the said they had Netflix in the rooms (My friends room did) but mine did not. Was looking forward to a nice relaxing evening in.... not so much.

  Rooms were very nice. Loved their soaps. The veiws left a little to be wanted. Great customer care. All around very nice. BTW they have a pool table and ping pong. Pool is very nicely heated. And spa is burning. Fantastic!

  Was initially double charged for 5 night stay. Desk manager was very rude and unbelievably snub. Was told once they figured out that they had charged my card twice ( $2400 ) total , that they would talk to accounting sometime to straighten it out, whenever? Our king bed was very soft and old, room was dated and inadequate. Poor TV reception, water just tepid not hot,on & on, ect. Sum it up...Old facility, poor service, terrible amenities, over priced for what u get. Lots of other excellent Marriott facilities near by...try the Residents Inn, we did...much better.

  The location was great, especially if you are there for a convention. It was within walking distance of shopping and great food. The lobby is beautiful and spacious which made it very welcoming. The staff was professional and kind. Anything I needed, they catered to the best they could. If I ever have to go back to Long Beach, I would definitely stay there again!

  The hotel staff makes it very obvious that the enjoyment of my stay is their #1 priority. The rooms was very clean and the view was amazing. The area around the hotel is lively and full of things to do with in minutes of walking. The staff was very helpful when I needed medication in pointing me to the nearest pharmacy. Google might be handy but a staff member directing me there was more personal. Just a great experience overall.
