  In all my years working with Home Health Aide Agencies, Renaissance is an agency from Hell. In three weeks I have found my Mother on the floor because of gross incompetence with the aides. Ernies/Aries the coordinator involved in scheduling tried to re asssign an aide that I had personally recruited. Even that aide said no and warned me about the unprofessionalism and lack of screening/training at Renaissance. Ernies/Aries has scheduled 4 different aides to my Mother in a 1 week period despite my calls and protests over the lack of consistency with scheduling. Some of the aides did not even know how to use the Hoyer lift or able to communicate with the patienty. If you are considering an aide agency avoid this one-I have witnesses who can verify my statements. The coordinators also failed to return my numerous calls for assistance. Renaissance is not a professional agency and will be report to the appropriate goverment agencies.
